Today's preparations include-
A starter of Local Bought Egg(Vons), hard boiled,skinned then served chilled.
The main dish pictured below is my cucumber wheel. Cold cucumber pied,with Salami wedges from the farms of Hickory.Stuffed with hand picked Goldfish and a grape center!A perfect lunch for these summery days. bon appetit!
