Tuesdays are one of my fav days cause I dont have to worry about DJing that night & I get to spend the day with her!

So the other night I grabbed a beer box from the AC Lounge cause I gotta harvest my backyard orange & lemon trees.
Instead she decieded it was gonna be her fort this morning.I didnr put her in it or prop her for the pics, If you've ever tried to have a 18 month old pose you know its pretty hard. She just kept trying to fit in it & then decieded she needed to bring stuff with her lol!

TGIF! Myself,Baby-Girl & theDISCOpuppy have been jumping around to BLINK 182's ENEMA OF THE STATE & GREEN DAY'S KERPLUNK! It's been a great week, kinda exhausting cause Im working every night for the next few weeks & havent been able to sleep til 6am.But hey,a lil nappy nap & its morning party time with these 2!

It's raining so were having fun learning about shapes!

FILIPINO COMFORT GET WELL FOOD-ARROZ CALDO!

Yesterday I took the fam & Unkie Vaughn shopping at an Asian Market,stupid 99 Ranch was insane(I swear every Asian in Sd was trying to park & shop & so was Zion so we ended up at Marukai.
Since me & my baby girl got sick this past weeks I decieded to make one of my fav feel good Filipino comfort foods..
ARROZ CALDO! My mom used to make this dish I so enjoyed when I was young.

This dish is fast and easy,it's all about the prep work.
Started off with frying garlic,chopping sum green onions & hard boiling sum eggies.yum!


After quick saute of onions,ginger,chicken & turmeric.(Vaughn said its the poor mans safron.
Toss in sum chicken stalk & rice.


Let simmer for 25mins.

And we have a nice version of filipino rice poridge we call Arroz Caldo.Great during winter time!

SO AWSOME! Im having so much fun being a daddy. Just made a perfect healthy pizza bread lunch,were eating & jamming to KASKADE-TURN IT DOWN! I really dont need anything but this moment right now!


Made a perfect pizza bread. 425degress in a toaster oven in 5mins/diaper change,lol.

We both have been sick this week so I went out hunting for food late last night.I love shopping late at night. I came across these new healthy mini sandwhich top thingys, so this wil be PIZZA BREAD WEEK!

Made 1 with pepperoni,1 with minced garlic & 1 plane cheese! They Turned out yummy. tomorrow I'm gonna do pesto,basil, & other fersh veggies for her!

TODAYS DDDC MENU-
Today I thought I'd end our week with a pretty Mac'N'Cheese Flower with cucumber leaves.She loves cucumber,it's her fav snacky snack!
